At COFE E-STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic purchases. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your COFE E-STORE account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables, and perform a factory reset to remove any personal data.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
